Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH en haar gelieerde ondernemingen (hierna gezamenlijk te noemen \u201cTOSHIBA\u201d) wordt in geen geval partij bij een dergelijke overeenkomst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">(c)    TOSHIBA GEEFT GEEN ENKELE GARANTIE, EXPLICIET OF IMPLICIET, EN WIJST UITDRUKKELIJK ALLE GARANTIES AF MET BETREKKING TOT DE DIENSTEN DIE WORDEN GELEVERD DOOR EEN ONAFHANKELIJKE EN EXTERNE SERVICEPROVIDER, MET INBEGRIP VAN, MAAR NIET BEPERKT TOT, ENIGE GARANTIE MET BETREKKING TOT DE KWALITEIT OF BETROUWBAARHEID VAN DE DIENSTEN VAN DE ONAFHANKELIJKE EN EXTERNE SERVICEPROVIDER, NIET-SCHENDING, VERKOOPBAARHEID OF GESCHIKTHEID VOOR EEN BEPAALD DOEL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">(d)    Het gebruik van een gegevensherstelservice van een serviceprovider maakt de garantie van Toshiba voor een externe en interne harde schijf van Toshiba (\u201charde schijf\u201d) die is verleend aan een eindgebruiker bij de aanschaf van een harde schijf (\u201cgarantie van Toshiba\u201d) niet ongeldig. Als de harde schijf echter is beschadigd of defect is geraakt als gevolg van de gegevensherstelservices door de serviceprovider, is de garantie van Toshiba niet van toepassing op deze schade of dit defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">(e) In overeenstemming met de garantie van Toshiba aanvaardt TOSHIBA geen aansprakelijkheid voor enig verlies of enige schade die verband houdt met, voortvloeit uit of het gevolg is van de uitvoering van diensten door een serviceprovider, met inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot, verlies van of schade aan gegevens op een harde schijf van Toshiba, bijv. toe te schrijven aan misbruik of malversatie, onjuist gebruik of andere oorzaken zoals gespecificeerd in de garantie van Toshiba. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om gegevens op te slaan (er een back-up van te maken).
