4 gennaio 2017 \u2013 Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH<\/b><\/span>, Personal Storage<\/span> annuncia la disponibilit\u00e0 del CANVIO for Smartphone<\/b>, un innovativo dispositivo di storage portatile per effettuare il back up e ricaricare[1]<\/sup><\/span> il proprio smartohone Android\u2122[2]<\/sup> in un\u2019unica operazione. Si stima, infatti, che solo una minoranza degli utenti di smartphone effettui il back up e solo l\u20198% in modo regolare (ricerca condotta da AVAST)[3]<\/sup>. CANVIO for Smartphone permette di archiviare i contenuti e ricaricare il telefono collegato in una sola operazione, permettendo di salvare dati personali importanti come foto, video, musica, documenti e contatti. I back up[4] <\/sup>sono creati in modo automatico ogni volta che si collega lo smartphone senza il bisogno di un intervento dell\u2019utente e dopo l\u2019attivazione di questa funzione nell\u2019intuitiva app Android dedicata. Oltre alla ricarica e al back up dello smartphone, il CANVIO for Smartphone permette di gestire i dati contenuti nel proprio telefono attraverso l\u2019app. Allo stesso tempo, il dispositivo consente di semplificare il set-up dei nuovi smartphone, permettendo di trasferire semplicemente i dati dal vecchio telefono a quello nuovo in pochi passi. Per gli utenti PC, il CANVIO for Smartphone pu\u00f2 essere inoltre utilizzato come un hard disk esterno tradizionale, archiviando i dati attraverso le interfacce USB Type-A e USB Type-C\u2122[5]<\/sup>.
